Outbound Repatriation Services...
- Arranging and providing advice on all documentation and coffin requirements for embassies/consulates, airlines, UK and overseas authorities.
- Liaison and communication with appropriate agencies/authorities - hospitals, coroners offices, nursing homes, airlines, handling agents, receiving funeral directors etc.
- Obtaining relevant permits from overseas prior to repatriation (if necessary).
- Visiting the relevant embassy/consulate to arrange necessary permissions and to arrange the sealing of the coffin
(if required).
- Obtaining the relevant legalisation documents from the Foreign and Commonwealth office in London.
- Transfer of deceased from anywhere in the UK to our nominated chapel of rest.
- Modern purpose built mortuary facilities.
- Embalming and hygiene services.
- Provision of a range of coffins and caskets which conform to all necessary international airline regulations.
- Use of private chapel of rest for viewings and/or service prior to repatriation.
- Arranging church service prior to repatriation.
- Transfer of deceased to airport of departure.
- Arranging funeral overseas (if required).
